Shipping : For shipping out of India/abroad, the rates as per courier company charges will apply.
Tracing : We will send tracking numbers to customers by e-mail and also specify when will the painting/collectibles be dispatched once payment is made and in how many days will it reach them.

PRICING POLICY

In case of an overseas sale, payments will be accepted only in US$ in order to avoid discrepancies in exchange rate. All applicable taxes will be borne by customer only. Sales tax Authorities of a few States in India require certain Sale Tax Forms to allow entry of artworks into their State. It will be the responsibility of the Buyer to obtain such Sale Tax Forms, if required, and provide the same to the Seller, to enable the Seller to dispatch the artwork. For International shipments, customs, excise (and/or) any other tax would be paid by the customer. Rules differ from country to country and tend to be differently interpreted differently by different custom officers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We grant you a limited, revocable license to access and make personal use of the website as our customer. However, the following terms and conditions apply: The nature of the products and services offered on An Yahh!! is such that once your order is processed (printed and/or framed), we cannot cancel it. If you would like to modify your order, it will only be possible if any or all parts of your order have not already been processed. If you would like to modify part of a multi-product or multi-service order, or any combination thereof, it will only be possible if the order is not under any promotional scheme.

COPYRIGHT

Only “AnYahh!!” shall retain the right to publish photograph of painting sold and reproduce it in any form of print.

HOME ART CONSULTATION SERVICE

AnYahh!! Art Gallery

• Home consultation service is available by prior appointment only and is subject to slot availability.

• The consultation service includes artwork selection guidance, wall styling suggestions, size  recommendations, and placement advice.

• Customers are requested to share photographs, wall dimensions, and location details in advance to facilitate better recommendations.

• Logistics costs for the home consultation visit shall be borne by the customer. However, AnYahh!! Art Gallery does not charge any professional fee for providing home art consultation services.

• A small token amount shall be required at the time of booking the home consultation appointment. This amount may be adjusted against the purchase of artworks & non refundable, as per company policy.

• The consultation visit is intended solely for art advisory purposes and does not include installation or interior design services unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

• Any mock-ups, digital visualizations, or artwork suggestions provided during the consultation are indicative in nature and may vary from the final appearance.

• Artworks brought for viewing during the consultation shall remain the sole property of AnYahh!! Art Gallery until full payment has been received.

• Customers are requested to ensure a safe and suitable environment during the consultation visit. AnYahh!! Art Gallery shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising due to unsafe site conditions.

• Orders confirmed during or after the consultation shall be governed by AnYahh!! Art Gallery's standard payment, delivery, and return policies.

• Customized, commissioned, or specially curated artworks, once confirmed, shall not be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

• Appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation visit. The token amount may be forfeited in case of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

• AnYahh!! Art Gallery reserves the right to refuse or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, operational reasons, or locations falling outside serviceable limits.

• By availing the Home Art Consultation Service, the customer agrees to permit the gallery team to take photographs and measurements of wall spaces solely for consultation and artwork visualization purposes.

• Photography, Videography, or recording of artworks and consultation materials by the customer during the consultation visit is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from AnYahh!! Art Gallery.

• All decisions regarding artwork selection, purchase, placement, and installation shall remain solely at the customer's discretion.

• Home Art Consultation Service shall be provided by AnYahh!! Art Gallery only once for a particular location/property. Any subsequent consultation visits, if required, shall be chargeable and subject to management approval.

• Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
